Picaresque will collaborate with dotLumen to enhance their environment awareness technology for visually impaired individuals. The core objective is to deploy robust, high-precision SLAM and Visual Inertial Odometry (VIO) on power-constrained head-worn wearables. We will optimize existing computer vision models for embedded hardware and benchmark performance against high-fidelity ground truth data generated by our XRTwinScape 3D scanning technology.
